1st Meeting for the New Members Group of 2022-23 Season
This evening is for people who have recently joined the Camera Club or who joined part way through the 2021-22 season. The aim of the evening is for us to get to know each other better. So there will be some introductions – to the New Members Group (NMG) team, the NMG workshop programme and the Camera Club itself. We’ll also give you an opportunity to introduce yourself briefly and share some of your images.
You will be invited to introduce yourself and to say a few words about your images. For the evening to work we will be asking you to bring a selection of prints. Boots, Tesco and Asda all offer fast and cheap printing facilities – either online or in-store.
Club member Steve Boyle will talk through some of the submitted images to illustrate different topics, themes, techniques and approaches. He’ll highlight different aspects of photography and give you the chance to think about how you might apply some of this to your own work.
