EGM 2021-2022
We’re holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to address the high turnover of Committee / Officials (a result of Covid and many roles being filled for an extra season and also exacerbated by not being unable to meet face-to-face when members are normally be approached to fill roles). The agenda to be provided at a later date.
Vancancies
The plan will be to identify volunteers to takeover the various roles, where training/assistance will be provided through the remainder of the season and confirm the new positions at the end of the season at the Annual General Meeting.
Volunteers are required to fill numerous Committee and Official(non-committee) positions.

- Additional Committee members x 2
Official Roles
- Web team x 2-3
- Projection team x 1-2
- Front of house x 2-3
- Archivist

Constitution Changes
The revised Constitution is detailed below:
The main amendments to the constitution relate to the following paragraphs and sub sections (which I would ask you to read and digest before the EGM): –
Paragraph  7 sub sections a, b and c.
The addition of sub section i to Paragraph 7
Paragraph 8 sub section b.
Vote
There will be a vote on how we use Zoom in the immediate future. We know a number of members have not been participating in Zoom meetings but we encourage you join the meeting on Zoom so that you will be able to vote on the matter.
Photo Hunt 2021
This will follow the AGM with a presentation of photographs taking during the Summer 2021 Photo Hunt, with awards.
