ARUNDEL WETLANDS PHOTO WALK with Richard Mole

Starting 16th July, time to be confirmed.

As part of the clubs summer programme of events, you might have seen on Facebook that we are organising a photo walk at Arundel Wetland Centre. This is an event for all members, but specifically the nature lovers in the club and for those members looking for a challenge.

Arundel WWT is 30 acres of wetlands which is home to 34 species of bird with a total of 280 birds typically in residence. Do have a look at their web site at https://www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres/arundel/  .

It’s also worth looking at this page on their web site

https://www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres/arundel/experience/photography/ which has a few rules around photography at the site and details of the various hides and boat safari.

There is no need to register for this event. The cost will be £14.45 with a small donation to the charity, however if there are enough of us then we might be able to get a group discount. Obviously we won’t know the exact numbers until the day.

Date & Time: Saturday 16th July, meeting in the car park at the venue at 11am.
Address: WWT Arundel, Mill Road, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9PB
Who: BHCC members only
Cost: £14.45
Bad weather: It will still go ahead. The only reason it won’t is if the centre is closed, which is very unlikely but will be on their website.

We really hope as many of our members as possible will come along and support this great event and charity.
